I told the clerk we had been waiting over two hours since check in time and we still had not received a text. After another hour plus at 6:10pm I checked again. They said we would receive a text when the room was ready. After an hour, I checked on the room and was told it was still not ready. We had to sit in the lobby with our luggage so we couldn't enjoy the casino or get anything to eat. We checked in and were told the room was not ready.
